Pricing: 

Prices for Products are available on this Web Site. Customers may request a quote for volume orders of 100 or more units (“Volume Orders”). If a quote is issued, pricing is valid for seven days unless otherwise noted and does not include shipping. Prices are for minimum order quantities as stated. Payment Terms: 

We accept PayPal and Credit Card. Customer agrees to pay applicable taxes, if any, including value-added, excise, all state, and local sales and/or use taxes and personal property taxes, and any customs duties or charges imposed. The customer must claim any exemption from such taxes, fees, or assessments at the time of purchase and provide the necessary supporting documentation. Any sales, use, or other applicable tax or fees or assessments are based on the location to which the order is shipped. Orders from International customers may be subject to customs duties and/or brokerage fees. We require payment before shipment. 

Shipping: 

We can ship to most countries in the world. We have a warehouse in the USA. Provided items ordered are in stock, orders for Products usually ship out within two business days, and the shipping method is USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx, but this is not guaranteed. Orders ship within two full business days. Volume Orders may take longer.

Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders can be delayed because of payment, billing, or shipping verification to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to the Customer when the order has shipped. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping method due to weight restrictions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Missing Item (s), Wrong Item(s), or Incorrect Package Sent

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package. For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Contact our Support Center with your order number:  info@digitalsignageplayer.org
2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the Item received.

Possible Solutions:


– If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
– If we have shipped the wrong Item: we will either refund you in whole or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). We will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
